Turn Your Samsung Galaxy S3, Note 2, and Other Android Devices into Wi-Fi Computer Mice

With all of the advancements in the smartphone world, we can virtually use them for anything. You can use your smartphone as a mobile hotspot, an Xbox controller, a car locator, and a security camera. Heck, you can even turn it into a Swiss Army knife.

And now you can even use it as a wireless mouse for your computer!

WiFi Mouse for Android Devices

Thanks to WiFi Mouse, you can transform your phone or tablet into a wireless mouse, keyboard, and trackpad for you computer.

With this app, you can control your PC or Mac through your local network connection. WiFi mouse features all of the typical mouse gestures, as well as multi-finger trackpad gestures:

  • Tap-to-click
  • Two finger tap for right click
  • Two finger scroll
  • Pinch to zoom
  • Three finger drag or highlight
  • Four finger swipe down to show desktop
  • Four finger swipe up to maximize current window
  • Four finger swipe sideways to change current window focus

WiFi Mouse will work on most smartphones running Android 2.1 and up. Here's a quick video of it in action with the Samsung Galaxy S III, but it will work with pretty much any other Android smartphone.

WiFi Mouse HD will work on most tablets running Android 2.1 and up. Here it's tested out on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

And the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0.

You can find WiFi Mouse on Google Play. There's a free version for your smartphone and a free one for your tablet. The pro versions of each cost $2.99 and $3.99 respectively.
